Cost:

The price of MasterList Professional is based on an experimental name your own price structure, based on what you think the program is actually worth. The lowest cost is $49.95. 

45 Day Free Trial:

You are downloading a fully functional copy of MasterList Professional. The automatic trial license is good for up to 45 days, starting the first day you use MasterList Professional. We hope you will decide that MasterList Professional is right for you and purchase it during this period.

At the expiration of the free trial period, you will not be able to add new tasks or projects until you purchase the product.

Technical Support:

Technical support via email is available for MasterList Professional, with priority given to registered users.

You can request technical support in any of the following ways:

1. From the Help Menu, choose Get Technical Support. This will start an email in your default email client with non-personal information about your copy of MasterList Professional and your computing environment (Windows version, available memory, etc.)

2. [under construction] Visit http://masterlistpro.com/forum, our online support community. There you can find information about best practices, usability advice, bug workarounds or submit a bug report.

3. Most bugs will automatically generate a bug report, that upon your approval, will be emailed to us. We take technical support seriously, having been at the mercy of software ourselves!
